Hope you all know about my little bird. She is very much fond of different tastes from the day in my womb. Since she is very much curious about tastes, I started to experiment different foods which will fill her tummy. Here is one among her favorite. The recipe is as follows and it’s a good snack bite. This may be good for having it with Indian chai (Tea).
As you all know my recipe is based on taste and not in grams.
Boneless chicken 10 to 15 pieces.
Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon.
Turmeric 1/4 teaspoon.
Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon.
Minced ginger and garlic for taste (for digestion).
Soak them with the ingredients and fry it on low flame till golden brown.
Have fun tea break with a bite.
